Delete your Godspire data

This page is for Godspire: Ascension of the Myths. Godspire keeps your game on your phone; the only data on our server is what the game sends when you open the Ladders tab or the Arena's Players section (a copy of your save, a random guest code, your ladder scores and your arena records). See the privacy policy for the details.

Option 1: in the game

Open Quests, then Ladders, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my ladder data. Tap it again to confirm. Your cloud save, its earlier versions and your ladder entries are removed straight away.

Option 2: without the game (by email)

If you no longer have the game, email stevefoyston@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Godspire data and include your ID. Your ID looks like GS-7K2Q9F. It is shown at the bottom of the Ladders tab ("Your ID") and next to your score on the boards as "Wanderer GS-...".

We do not hold your name or email, so the ID is how we find your data. If you cannot find it, tell us roughly when you played and we will do what we can, but without the ID we may not be able to tell which entry is yours.

We will delete it within 30 days, and usually within a few days, and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: your cloud save and its earlier versions, your sign-in sessions, your ladder entries and your arena records (including fights you took part in).
• Kept: a blank record of the account (the ID and the dates it was created and deleted), so that the ID is never given to anyone else. Copies in our nightly backups disappear within 14 days.
• Not on our server: the game on your phone (delete it by uninstalling or clearing the app's storage), your purchases (held by Google Play) and anything Google AdMob holds. Those are covered by Google's own controls.
